beef, barley and vegetable soup

Ingredients
Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1000 gramsBeef, round steak, 200 grams Barley, pearled, cooked, 200 grams Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 1 teaspoonWater, tap, 36 fl oz
Directions
Cut the beef into cubes and fry in a little water till just cooked, meanwhile put the vegetables and barley in to a slow cooker add the beef and 36 fl oz or 3 pints of water and slow cook for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes add the stock cube and stir in the the soup now take a quarter of the mixture and blend till it looks like a smooth past add this to the soup and stir, now cook for a further 10 minutes when done season with sea salt and pepper and mixed herbs to taste.
