Smothered Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 bone-in pork loin chops2 teaspoon seasoning saltblack pepper to taste2 teaspoon olive oil1/2 medium onion, sliced1 can Rotel tomatoes and chilies
Directions
Season chops. In large skillet heat oil over medium high heat, add onion. Cook 2 minutes stirring occasionally. Push to the side and add chops. Cook about 3 minutes per side. Add tomatoes, heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and cook 4 to 8 minutes or until chops are no longer pink in center.
