Ingredients

* *No Name long grain Parboiled Rice, 3 cup (remove) * Olive Oil, .25 cup (remove) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, strips (remove) * *Peppers, hot chili, red, fresh, 2 pepper (remove) * *Wegmans Mild Italian Poultry Sausage, 2 serving (remove) * Onions, raw, .5 large (remove) * Garlic, 2 clove (remove) * Mixed Vegetables, frozen, .25 package (10 oz) (remove)
Chop onions and garlic
Heat Olive oil in pan
add onion-garlic mix to pan till light browning
Add Mixed Veges
Chop Green peppers and chilli peppers and add to pan
Dice Sausage and add to vege mix in pan
Cook for about 6 mins stiring constantly
Add Chicken stock cubes, salt, curry, thyme to taste
Add Rice and allow to cook for about 5 mins then mix
Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary.
