Mom's Unstuffed Cabbage

Ingredients
1 cup dry rice1 can diced tomatos1 can tomato sauce1 med head cabbage1 med onion1 green pepper1lb lean ground beefgarlic
Directions
pre-heat oven to 350

brown meat with chopped onion, green pepper and garlic

chop cabbage.

mix all ingredients well into a 13x9 pan
season with salt and pepper and cover tightly with foil

check on rice every 15 min and mix.

its done when the rice is cooked!
