I pkg of Bear Creek Cheddar Broccoli Soup Mix (or similar mix)1 lb boneless/skinless Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded2 cups low fat shredded cheddar cheese1 scoop chicken Unjury protein powder
Directions
Prepare soup mix according to package instructions. Cook and shred chicken to add to soup mix. Stir in cheese and put in the oven on low to keep warm until ready to serve.
