Green Chile stew

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil1 cup chopped onion1 tbsp dried oregano2 lbs ground turkey1 gal beef broth or stock1 12 oz can bud light14 oz thawed container Hot Green Chile (roasted, peeled)28 oz can diced tomatoes2 14.5 oz cans diced new potatoes15.5oz can Bush's pinto beans with baconsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
in a large stock pot saute onions until translusent, add ground turkey and oregano until browned. ( you want the turkey to by nice size chunks so don't break it up too much) Add the beef stock and beer to the pot and bring to a boil. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 15 min. taste for seasoning and enjoy!
