Crustless Sugar Free Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
¾ cup sugar substitute½ cup unbleached flour1 tsp. baking powder2 tbsp. butter melted 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract12oz can evaporated milk2 eggs16 oz cooked pumpkin2½ tbsp. pumpkin spice
Directions
Mix the flour and baking soda together in a seprate bowl. Add pumpkin, sugar and butter to another bowl and stir to combine. Add vanilla, evaporated milk, eggs and pumpkin spice to the pumpkin mixture and stir to combine. Add the flour and baking soda mixture and stir to combine.

Pour batter into a well buttered deep dish pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minuttes.

Make your own Pumpkin Pie spice:
1 tsp. ground ginger
½ tsp. ground clove or allspice
½ tsp. ground nutmeg
(makes 2 teaspoons)
