Crockpot Italian Chicken Soup

Ingredients
10 oz boneless skinless chicken breast2 cans del monte Italian stewed tomotoes1 can del monte basil, garlic and herb diced tomotes8 oz can tomoto sauce2 cans of great northern beans3 cups of dried aldi fit & active wheat rotini noodles
Directions
Add chicken, beans and all tomotoe products to crockpot.
Cook on low until done (mine was approx. 9 hours because I was at work). Cook noodles according to directions on box and add to soup before serving. Garnish with mozzerella cheese or parmesean. My servings were approx 1 1/2 cups.
