Sweet, Sour and Spicy Cabbage/Chicken Soup

Ingredients
8 cups of chicken broth or vegetable broth2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded1 bag coleslaw mixAdditional shredded carrots (if your mix doesn’t have enough), up to 1/2 cup1 tsp salt2 Tbs sugar substitute or equal amount of Stevia 6 Tbs *plain* rice vinegar1/2 tsp pepper1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)2 Tbs soy sauce or Bragg’s liquid amino’s
Directions
In a large pot, bring broth to boil. Add the chicken, coleslaw mix and shredded carrots. Cook until carrots are tender or cabbage is soft. Mix together remaining ingredients and add to pot. Mix well and heat through.
