Prosciutto Lettuce Bites

3 slices prosciutto, each cut on an angle into 4 pieces1 ounce Parmesan or Gruyere cheese, sliced into 12 equal slices1/2 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely cracked12 leaves green or red leaf lettuce, cut in half2 stalks hearts of palm, sliced in half lengthwise then cut into 6 equal pieces 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
Place the prosciutto on a cutting board. Layer on the cheese, lettuce, and hearts of palm. Sprinkle on the pepper. Roll up tightly, securing with toothpicks if needed.
Place on a serving platter and drizzle with the vinegar.
