Almond Lentil Patties

Ingredients
2 cups mashed lentils, cooked1/2 c. ground sunflower seeds2 cups tofu, cut in cubes1/2 cup finely ground almonds1 cup cereal flakessea salt and seasonings to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and form into patties. Bake in hot oven on both sides, or in oiled skillet. Serve with your favorite gravy.
