Gorgonzola Phyllo Cups

Ingredients
2 packages (1.9 oz each) frozen miniature phyllo tart shells1-1/3 cups reduced fat crumbled Gorgonzola cheese1/2 cup chopped tart apple1/3 cup dried cranberries1/3 cup chopped cashews
Directions
Place tart shells on a baking pan. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; spoon into tart shells.

Bake at 350° for 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm or at room temperature. Refrigerate leftovers.
