4 cups water, 4 cups fat free chicken broth2 chopped bunched of fresh broccoli-washed and stemmed2 cups carrots-raw sliced1 cup thickly sliced onion4 slices lite tofu1 cup bean sprouts fresh1 cup pieces fresh mushroom any kind you like
Prepare vegetables and tofu. Add water and broth to pan. Add vegetables to liquid and bring to a boil. Turn on low and simmer for 10 min.
Stir and enjoy.
