Weetbix Pear Stacker (NZ)

Ingredients
Directions
4 crushed weetbix1 egg1T honey2 mashed pears
Mash pears and mix with egg and honey. Crush weetbix (wholewheat biscuits) and combine.
Bake in a small cake tin for 10 mins at 200C or until spongy.
Cut into 6 rectangles. Cool slightly while preparing fresh fruit (I like fresh strawberries and pears on top).
To serve stack rectangles on each plate layering fruit and yoghurt - top with fresh fruit and a final dollop of unsweetened yoghurt.
Yum.

I'm thinking perhaps "shredded wheat biscuits"??
