TJ's Cooked Cabbage and Taters

Ingredients
1 head of Cabbage8 cups of diced Potatoes16 oz Hillshire Farms Polska Kielbasa4 tsp Garlic8 tbsp chopped Chives1/4 cup of chopped Onions
Directions
Put about 1.5 quarts of tap water in 2 quart or larger sauce pan.

Pull cabbage leave apart
Dice up about 4 cups of Potatoes
Slice up a 16oz link of Polska Kielbasa into 1/2 inch sections

Add cabbage, Potatoes, Kielbasa, Garlic, Chives, and Onions to sauce pan.

Cook approximately 45 minutes or until Potatoes are soft and Cabbage is wilted.

Makes 10 one cup and a half servings
