Directions
Fresh or frozen green beans 3 cupsCampbell's Healthy Choice Cream of Mushroom soup 1 canSkim Milk 4 ozMedium onion 1Soy Sauce 1 tspPepper dash
Preheat oven to 350
If using fresh green beans, boil for 12 minutes, if using frozen, defrost
Saute onion in cooking spray
Mix all ingredients well in 8-10 inch casserole dish
Bake for 25 minutes
Enjoy!!
Makes approx 4 servings and is a great alternative to the traditional casserole minus the deep fried onions

Sweetie, this is a great recipe! I used frozen green beans and low sodium soy sauce, a bit more pepper to taste. A great addition to the holiday menu. I served the french fried onion rings in a bowl for those who wanted to sprinkle some on their serving. Thank you for sharing! Yummy.. - 11/26/08
