English muffin, lox and cream cheese

Ingredients
1 English Muffin2 Tbsp whipped cream cheese1 slice tomato1 slice red onion1 Tbsp capers, drained1 oz smoked salmon
Directions
Toast muffin, smear with 1 Tbsp cream cheese on each side, top one side with capers, tomato, onion and salmon. Place other side on top of everything. Eat like a sandwich and enjoy!
