Spicy Honey Curry Chicken

Ingredients
1 tbs butter 1/4 cup honey 6 chicken thighs 1/4 cup brown mustard 2 tsp chopped ginger root 1 tbsp curry powdercyanne pepper to tastesalt to taste
Directions
melt butter and wisk all ingredients to make sauce
marinate chicken (if you dont have time it is still delicious)
put in a baking pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until done. Great with rice and veg
