Baked Turkey Thighs

Ingredients
2 medium turkey thighs (skinned)1 small red pepper (sliced)10 strips of yellow peppers3 tbsp Country Crock Spread2 tbsp Coarse Ground Pepper2 tbsp lemon pepper2 tbsp McCormick's Crushed Red Pepper with Garlic
Directions
wash and season skinned turkey thighs
place in an ungreased 8x8 inch Pyrex dish
place peppers on top
Top all with Country Crock
Bake uncovered in a 300 degree oven for about one hour
