4oz frozen broccoliI bag "health berry blend" frozen berries by Stahlbush farms1 frozen banana1 large carrot, broken into 3 pieces2 small apples, cored and sliced5 oz kale2 oz fresh baby spinach1 oz cascadian farms grape juice concentrate12 oz water
I put everything except for the kale, spinach and yogurt in my vitamix blender, started at variable and moved up to ten, then switched to high while using the plunger to ensure all of the food was broken up. When it was slightly blended and there was room to add the kale, spinach and yogurt, I added those, again turned the blender on to variable, turned it up to ten, then to high, and let the machine liquefy the smoothie for about 1-2 minutes.
Makes about 7-8 1 cup servings depending on the size of your fruit. Nutrition info is calculated as 8 servings.
