Chicken Penne Pasta Bake

Ingredients
6 oz. of whole wheat penne pasta3 c. broccoli florets8.oz boneless skinless chicken breasts 4 oz. light cream chese.5 cup fat free milk2 c. frozen peas1- medium zucchini
Directions
chicken: pan fried in olive oil and garlic
vegtables: blanched
pasta: cooked al dente
sauce: melt cream cheese and mozarella in microwave
combine above ingriedents in caserolle dish and top with bread crumbs and parmesean
bake in a 350 degree oven until golden brown
