Shrimp Stir Fry with Jasmine Rice

3 cups prepared Jasmin Rice, cooled3 green onions chopped1/2 cup egg beaters1 pound med. shrimpsun bird fried rice packet2 TBSP Extyra Virgin Olive Oil2 TBSP Great Value Less Sodium Soy Sauce
Prepare rice according to directions, cool
Heat skillet and add oil. Add rice and onions and stir-fry. Add shrimp, seasoning packet and soy sauce. Cook until shrimp are pink. Push rice to side and add egg beaters and scramble in corner of skillet. When eggs are cooked, add to entire contents of skillet.
