Homemade honey granola bars

2 large egg whites4 Tbs honey4 tsp canola oil2 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp ground cinnamon4 cups low fat granola
Whisk egg whites, honey, oil, vanilla, cinnamon. Add granola and mix well. Spray 9X13 pan with cooking spray. Press mixture into pan. It works well to use a wet rubber spatula. Bake at 325 for 20 - 25 minute or until light brown. Cut into 12 bars.
