Baked Pumpkin Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 c. old fashioned oatmeal1/2 tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp nutmeg2 tbs maple syrup3/4 c. pumpkin puree1/4 cup cranraisins3/4 c. 1% milkdash saltTopping1/2 c. chopped walnuts1 tbs. butter2 tbs brown sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a small baking dish, approx. 6 x 8 inches. Combine oats and spices. Add pumpkin puree, milk, syrup, salt and raisins. Mix thoroughly. Pour into pan. Cook for 7 minutes.

While pumpkin oatmeal is cooking, mix walnuts, butter and brown sugar together until crumbly. After you remove pumpkin oatmeal from oven, add topping and bake for another 7 minutes.
