1 cup barley (cook according to package directions)1 cup rice (cook according to package directions)3 Chicken Breasts1 can Cream of Chicken 98% Fat Free1/2 can Cream of Mushroom 98% Fat Free1 bag any kind of Frozen Vegetables (I used California style)
Prepare barley and rice according to package directions. Brown Chicken. Thaw Vegetables.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees, mix all together with soup (no water) in a casserole dish and cook covered for 20-30 min.
