Baking Powder Biscuits

Ingredients
1C whole wheat pastry flour1C all purpose baking flour5Tbs unsalted butter1tsp salt1C soymilk1Tbsp baking powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir with a fork for about a minute until all ingredients are just mixed
Pinch off egg sized balls of dough and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet
Bake about 10 minutes or until golden brown
