Ground Turkey and Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients
1 can Italian-style diced tomato (I use canned)1 lb ground turkey (I use 85% lean)1 10oz pkg frozen chopped Spinach (defrosted)1 container low-fat small curd cottage cheese1 egg4 oz shredded mozzarellaBarilla no-boil lasgna noodles
Directions
Cook ground turkey until done, making sure to keep crumbly. Drain. Add egg to cottage cheese. In a 8x8 baking dish, layer 1/2 turkey topped with 1/2 cottage cheese. Drain spinach and layer 1/2 of spinach on top of cottage cheese. Then layer 1/2 tomatoes on top. Add 2 lasagna noodles and repeat with turkey, cottage cheese, spinach and ending with tomatoes. Bake 30 at 350. Makes 6 servings.
