7 Layer Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef1 can tomato sauce1 can whole kernal corn - drained1/2 cup chopped green pepper1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup minute rice1/2 cup watersalt, pepper to taste
Directions
Brown the ground beef, add onions, green pepper, rice, water,
tomato sauce, corn, salt and pepper. Cook for a few mintues.
Transfer to a 9x11 baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes at 350.
Makes 5 - 1 cup servings
