4 Cups Fresh Cut Green Beans (or 2 Cans)1/2 Cup Reduced Fat Blue Cheese1 Tblsp Extra Light Olive Oil1/2 Cup Chopped WalnutsSalt/Pepper to taste
Heat Extra Light Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add green beans, and toss to coat. Saute until the beans are heated through. Sprinkle with nuts and crumbled blue cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste
