Salsa - Roasted Jalapeno Tomato

Ingredients
3 Cups chopped tomatoes1 Cup roasted chopped jalapenos1 Cup chopped onions3 cloves Garlic, chopped1 Tbs Fresh Cilantro1.5 tsp Salt.5 tsp Cumin2 tsp Oregano1 cup cider vinegar
Directions
Makes about 3 cups, or 25 servings of 2Tbs each

Roast Chillies on BBQ til blackened - put in covered bowl to cool - wear gloves to peel, de-seed and chop.

Chop all other vegetables

Put everything into a pot, bring to boil, simmer 10 mins.
