Lemon Ginger Sorbet

Ingredients
1 cup agave nectar1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger2 cups plain yogurt1 1/2 cups buttermilk1/2 cup lemon juice1 teaspoon lemon zest
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Refrigerate until ice cold.
Pour into ice cream machne
Puree until completely smooth.
Freeze
Serves 4-6
