Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup whole wheat flour1 1/4 cup of white flour1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt1 cup of butter softened2/3 cup granulated sugar2/3 cup brown sugar2 large eggs1 tsp. mint extract1 2/3 cups of Toll House Mint Dark Chocolate Chips (10 oz pkg)
Preheat oven to 325
In large bowl, cream butter, sugar and brown sugar until light. Beat in eggs and mint extract until smooth. Gradually add flour mixture until combined. Stir in Chips.
Drop by well rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 - 10 minutes until golden brown.
Makes 84 two inch round cookies.
