They turned out great but mine looked and tasted like flatbread. They made an awesome turkey BLT. Hubby approved! FYI: You MUST use the cream of tartar because that's what stabilizes the egg whites. - 3/25/16

I noticed how low this was rated and wanted to give it a fair review. For those of you who don't recognize this, it's basically a meringue without the sugar. Meringues don't have much flavor by themselves. You'll need to spice this recipe heavily for it to have much flavor. - 6/3/15

This was OK, nothing great, but nothing awful either. I made these to go with a picante pulled beef sandwich. I'm not sure I'll make this recipe again. If I do, I will definitely add more spices of some sort to give it more flavor, I felt like I was biting into nothing. - 3/2/13

This was so bad! I just made them (minus the cream of tartar) and they smelled like fish for some reason. Not only that, the texture was very light and made it even more gross. I'm very disappointed. - 5/3/12
