Potato, Mixed Bean and Carrot Bake

Ingredients
800g potatoes3 carrots2 cloves garlic150g natural yoghurt400ml semi skimmed milk25g cheddar1 tni mixed bean salad
Directions
Slice potatoes and carrots
crush garlic
layer all veggies in casserole dish and mix in beans
pour over yoghurt
bake for 25 mins

stir add milk and cheese
bake for another 20 mins
