L.R. crock pot mashed potatoes by grams

Ingredients
5-1/2 qts. peeled and diced potatoes (3,851g)1/2 cup butter1 pkg. fat free cream cheese1 pt. plus 1/2 cup fat free sour cream1/2 cup milk2 T. salt1 T. garlic powder1 T. onion powder3/4 tsp. pepperpotato water
Directions
In a large kettle boil potatoes in water until tender. Drain, saving the water. Place potatoes into a large mixer.(I use a bosh). Beat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients while mixing. Add enough potato water to get to desired consistency. Place into greased 5 qt. crock pot. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate overnight. Place cold crock pot back into its base and cook on high for about 4 hours stirring occasionally, or cook on low for about 6 hours. Makes 49-100g servings.
