Mike's Cornbread Dressing

*Aunt Jemima Self Rising Cornmeal Mix, 2 cups Egg, fresh, 1 large*Corn Oil, .25 cup *Buttermilk, 1.5 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced Butter, salted, .5 cup *Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 2.5 cup Milk, 2%, 2/3 cupChicken Broth, 6 cup
Night before, make the cornbread and biscuits. Cool completely, then break up into crumbs. Let set loosely covered overnight to become stale.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute onion and celery in butter until soft and onion is transparent. Combine all ingredients. Pour into 13" x 9" prepared baker. Bake for 45 minutes, or until knife placed in center comes out clean.
