Cranberry & Banana Bread

2 Cup Flour Wheat2 tsp Baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 Cup Canola Oil3/4 Cup Brown Sugar1 Large Egg1 Cup Banana mashed1 1/2 Cup Cranberries (frozen or fresh)1/2 Cup Walnut chopped
Preheat oven at 350.
Mix together dry ingredients.
In an other bowl, mix together oil, egg and brown sugar. Add banana puree to the wet mix.
Add dry ingredients to the wet mix. Add cranberries and walnutts (last).
Baked in a bread pan (9 in X 5in) for 45 min then cover with aluminum foil and continue baking for an other 15 minutes.
