2 C cooked diced chicken1 C sour cream1 can fat free cream of chicken soup2 C shredded colby jack blend1 can ro-tel tomatos, drained6 oz can chopped green chilis1 C green pepper, chopped1 C onion, chopped8 whole grain Santa Fe tortillas
mix all. put 1 C in each tortilla, roll up
Bake 30 minutes.
If frozen, bake covered 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. Take off cover and bake 15 minutes more until lightly browned.
