Ham and Spinach Mini Crustless Quiche

1 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained4 ounces chopped leftover spiral sliced ham1/2 cup chopped onion10 large egg whites [fresh egg whites work better for this recipe]1 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
On a cookie sheet, prepare 12 foil baking cups and set aside.
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients until well incorporated.
Spoon the mixture into prepared foil baking cups.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife poked in the center comes out clean as all ovens vary.
Voila! Mini crustless quiche! Yummy for breakfast or brunch or little appetizers!
