Ingredients
Ingredients: * Pumpkin, cooked, 4 cup, mashed (remove) * Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove) * Scallions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove) * Parsley, 1 cup (remove) * Grapefruit, 0.5 fruit (3-3/4" dia) (remove) * Lemon Juice, .5 lemon yields (remove) * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove) * Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
Directions
boil potato and pumpkin together
boil eggs
chop all of them into big chunks
mix chopped scallions, parsley, olive oil (and spices) in a big bowl
add pumpkin, potato and egg
add grapefruit juice
add lemon juice
