Mushroom Onion Pizza

Ingredients
-trader joe's plain pizza dough-tomato sauce / ratatouille - precooked-lowfat mozzarella shredded-fresh parmesan-6 crimini mushrooms10 kalamata olives, pitted-.25 red onion
Directions
Let the dough warm to room temperature and then put it on a cutting board that has 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour or cornmeal spread out on it.

push your fingertips down onto the dough and do this in a spiral pattern until dough is about 8" in diameter. don't rollerpin the dough or stretch it by pulling it apart. make a little ledge at the edges by pushing in 1" away from the edge. Finally to stretch the pizza out a bit bigger lift it by one edge and rotate it in your hands. Do this quickly.

Put it on the cookie sheet, shape it. Final size should be 12" in diameter. Add the sauce and spread around evenly. add the mozzarella, and all the toppings. Top with parmesan.

Bake at 450 for 13 minutes. Top with basil after cooking. Cut into 8 after you let it cool for a minute.
