Ingredients
Penne wheat pasta, 2 cups Milk, nonfat, 1/4 cup Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shredded Velveeta Light Cheese Product, 3 oz (remove) Blue Bonnet Light Margarine, 2 tbsp
Directions
Boil 2 cups of wheat pasta in 4 cups of salted water until tender drain. Add 1/4 cup of low fat milk, 2 T. low fat margarine, 1 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese, 3 oz velveeta cheese product cut into small pieces for easier melting put back on stove on low heat or you can put into microwave and melt cheese stir often till cheese is melted throughout. Makes 6 1/2 cup servings.
