Marsala Sauce

Ingredients
Butter, Olive Oil, Marsala Wine, 1% Milk, Onions (optional), Mushrooms Sliced
Directions
Dip chicken in Flour, oregon, salt & pepper fry in Olive Oil.
When chicken is almost done add mushrooms, onions and a little butter. When soft add marsala wine, reduce down, add milk. (optional if you need more sauce add 1/2 can beef yes beef broth). Top chicken with mozzarella cheese or provel let melt and serve.
