Summer Squash Stir Fry with Tomatoes

Ingredients
1 tablespoon canola oil1 can dices tomatoes3 cups summer squash1 clove fresh garlic1/4 cup soy sauce
Directions
Heat oil in skillet. Add veggies. Saute until tender. Add soy sauce. Stir to coat veggies. Cook 5 minutes more. Enjoy as is or serve over brown rice or whole wheat pasta.
