Mediterranean Green Beans

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil1/4 cup chopped onion1 clove chopped garlic3 cups green beans1 1/2 cups tomato sauce1/2 tsp cloves1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Once onions are soft, add drained (if using canned) green beans, tomato sauce, pepper, and cloves. Incorporate well. Let simmer for at least 10 minutes to reduce and so all flavors can marry.
