Oatmeal Muffins (per muffin from recipe)

Ingredients
Oatmeal Muffins1 1/3 C. flour¾ C. rolled oats1/3 C. sugar2 tsp. Baking powder1 beaten egg¾ C. milk¼ C. vegetable oil
Directions
Combine flour, sugar, oatmeal and baking powder. Make a well in the centre. Combine egg, milk and oil. Add all at once to flour mixture. Stir just until moistened. Lightly grease muffin cups. Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 400 for 20 min.
Makes 12 muffins.
