Honeysuckle White Extra Lean Ground Turkey 99%fat free, 2 poundsOnions, raw, 2 medium choppedGarlic, 2 clove mincedMushrooms, canned, .1 small canBeef broth 2 can 14 oz ready-to-serve Tomato Paste, 4 tablespoonsSea Salt, 2 tsp Pepper, black, .25 tsp Water, tap, 1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour, .4 tablespoons
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey, add onions, garlic, and mushrooms; saute until onion is golden brown. Season with salt and black pepper.
Stir beef broth, and tomato paste into meat mixture heat mixture to a boil. Stir together 1 1/2 cups cold water and flour; stir into pan. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 1 hour
