Greek Garden Salad

Ingredients
1/2 chopped sweet walla walla onion1 large english cucumber, chopped2 sweet red peppers20 cherry tomatoes1/2 cup feta cheese1 cup calameta olives1/4 cup flax seed oil1/8 cup olive oil1/4 cup balsamic vinegar1/4 cup aple cider vinegar1 tbsp italian seasoningsalt & pepper to taste6 cups mixed baby salad greens
Directions
Toss all chopped vegetables in large bowl. Mix the vinegar and oils, in a small bowl. Add the Italian seasoning and salt and pepper and stir well. Pour over veggies and toss to mix. Add the feta cheese and olives. let stand for 15 - 20 minutes.
Portion salad greens on serving plates, top with veggies and serve.
