Green Chili

Ingredients
12-15 Roasted Anaheim Peppers (Green Chili's)2-3 Cans Chicken broth1 1/2 cans waterI can Rotell Diced Tomatoes w/Green Chili's3 Garlic cloves minced2 lbs Pork tenderloin diced and browned crisp
Directions
Dice pork tenderloin. Shake pieces in flour until coated. In large pot, fry tenderloin until well browned. Pour in 2-3 cans chicken broth. Fill one can with water and another half full depending on how many cans you do. Half the water of broth. Pour water in. Put chili's in. Put can of Rotell Diced Tomatoes and Chili's in. Slow cook for half hour or longer to your desire. Flour can be added to thicken.
