Pork Tenderloin in Orange Thyme Sauce

Ingredients
1 3/4 lb pork tenderloin, sliced 3/4 inches thick2 medium onions, sliced thin2 cups orange juice1 1/2 Tbsp dried Thyme2 Tbsp whole wheat flour
Directions
Dredge pork slices in flour, season with salt and pepper. Spray non-stick pan with olive oil spray and saute pork until lightly browned. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle dried thyme over pork, and arrange onion slices on top. Deglaze pan with orange juice and pour over pork mixture. Bake at 350 for 90 minutes, pork will be fork tender.
